The hotel was in a great location with plenty of food options nearby. It was also a short walk to a well-known coffee chain and a stunning bar. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
We had reserved our room through a third-party website, and the hotel had trouble confirming our reservation. However, the staff was quick to apologize and work with us to get everything sorted out.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. the location was perfect, it was right in the centre of the city, close to lots of great food options and even a Starbucks! the room we had was super comfortable and very clean. the staff were extremely helpful particularly Molly and a young man who went above and beyond to assist us.

The location of this hotel was great for New Year's celebrations, as we could easily access many nearby attractions and entertainment options. the room had a nice view and was clean upon arrival.
The staff was incredibly unhelpful and lacked basic communication skills. We encountered many difficulties when trying to check in and resolve issues with our room.
